DECREEOF PRESIDENT OF AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC

On Insuring Execution of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic

“On State Language in Azerbaijan Republic”

With a view to insure execution of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On State Language in Azerbaijan Republic” I hereby decree:

1. It shall be determined that powers of the “relevant body” envisaged by the Articles 9 and 10.1 of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On State Language in Azerbaijan Republic” are exercised by the State Committee on Language.

2. The present Decree comes into effect upon signing.
