DECREEOF PRESIDENT OF AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC
“On Approval, Coming into Effect of the Civil Code of Azerbaijan Republic
and Related Issues of Legal Regulation”
With a view to insure execution of the third and fourth paragraphs of the Clause 2 of the Decree No 386 of the President of Azerbaijan Republic of August 25, 2000 “On Application of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On Approval, Coming into Effect of the Civil Code of Azerbaijan Republic
and Related Issues of Legal Regulation”, I hereby decree:
1. Regulations of “Official Deposit Register Including All Securities, its Composition and Conducting” (attached – Appendix I) shall be approved.
2. Regulations of “State Hypothec Register for Real Estate Legalized by Securities, its Composition and Conducting” (attached – Appendix II) shall be approved
3. Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic shall be assigned to solve the questions resulting from the present Decree.
4. State Committee on Securities under President of Azerbaijan Republic shall be assigned to solve the questions resulting from the present Decree.
