DECREEOF PRESIDENT OF AZERBAIJAN REPUBLIC
In connection with the application of the Election Code of Azerbaijan Republic, I hereby decree:
I. The following Decrees of the President of Azerbaijan shall be recognized as invalid:
1. Decree No 694 of the President of Azerbaijan Republic of March 30, 1998 “On Application of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On Referendum”;
2. Decree No 719 of the President of Azerbaijan Republic of June 13, 1998 “On Application of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On Election of the President of Azerbaijan Republic”;
3. Decree No 163 of the President of Azerbaijan Republic of July 27, 1999 “On Application of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On Regulations of Elections to Municipalities”;
4. Decree No 360 of the President of Azerbaijan Republic of July 6, 2000 “On Application of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On Elections to Milli Majlis of Azerbaijan Republic”;
II. The words “in fourth part of the Article 28 of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On Regulations of Elections to Municipalities” shall be removed from the second paragraph of the clause 2 of the Decree No 214 of the President of Azerbaijan Republic of December 26, 2001 “On Application of the Law of Azerbaijan Republic “On Amendments and Supplements to Some Legislative Acts of Azerbaijan Republic.”
