“Europe: I Struggle, I Overcome” book translated into Azerbaijani language
Baku, December 18 (AZERTAC). The book entitled “Europe: I Struggle, I Overcome” by Belgium`s former Prime Minister and president of the European People`s Party, Wilfried Martens has been translated into the Azerbaijani language with support of the International Eurasia Press Fund (IEPF).
Chairman of IEPF Umud Rahimoglu told AZERTAC the Dutch language book was translated into French and English.
The English language version of the book was presented in Baku in March 2010.
The book features interesting processes in the European and world policy in which the author himself participated.
German Chancellor Angela Merkel wrote a foreword to the book, translated into the Azerbaijani language by Azerbaijan State Telegraph Agency, AZERTAC.
The 10-paragparh book covers 46 photos taken from various meetings, international events.
Rahimoglu noted the author of the book would participate in the presentation of the book to take place in Baku in the coming days.
