European journalists visit SOCAR headquarters
Baku, October 14 (AZERTAC). A group of European journalists have today visited the headquarters of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR).
The journalists` visit to Azerbaijan is organized by the European Commission and the European Journalism Centre.
SOCAR`s vice presidents Suleyman Gasimov, David Mammadov, Khalik Mammadov, Rahman Gurbanov and Soltan Aliyev, as well as SOCAR Investment Management Department`s head Vagif Aliyev were among the participant in the event.
The SOCAR officials highlighted ongoing projects in Azerbaijan and in the region, as well as oil investment opportunities in the country and the government`s work to ensure the protection of environment.
