Khojaly genocide victims commemorated in Vienna

The victims of the Khojaly massacre have been commemorated in Vienna, Austria, as the Joint Session of the General Committees of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly’s winter meeting kicked off on Friday.
Head of Azerbaijani delegation to the OSCE PA Azay Guliyev noted that this year Azerbaijani people commemorates the 31st anniversary of Khojaly genocide.
Paying tribute to the victims of the Khojaly tragedy, Guliyev briefed the participants about the massacre saying that Armenian armed forces brutally murdered 613 innocent Azerbaijanis on the night from February 25 to February 26, 1992.
