Baku, February 23 (AZERTAC). Meeting with Patrick Desbois, the president of the Yahad-In Unum Association and Director of the organization Marco Gonzalez, research scholar Andrey Umansky, and representative of the European Azerbaijan Society Raksana Mammadova held a meeting with students in the Khazar University .

Vice President for International Affairs of Khazar University Farda Asadov and Director of Public and Media Relations, Alovsat Amirbeyli informed the guest on international relations and activities of the university.

Organization’s President Patrick Desbois gave information that Yahad-In Unum was founded in Paris in 2004 and meetings had already been held in many countries around the world.

The main purpose of their visit were make Azerbaijani public aware of historical events related to Jewish people and informs the world community about the tragedy that befell the Azerbaijani people in the past century.
