ONE MORE SUSPECT OF KAZAKH POLITICIAN’S MURDER HELD
Head of Kazakh Parliament’s Upper House (Senate) Erzhan Utembayev has been held as one of the suspects in the murder of the well-known Kazakh politician Altynbek Sarsenbayev. Earlier arrests of five members of the National Security Committee’s special unit "Aristan” led to resignation of its commander Major-General Seytzhan Koybakov.
Nartay Dutbayev, Chief of the Kazakh National Security Committee, himself handed in his resignation a week ago.
