Azerbaijan-Croatia relations discussed in Zagreb

An Azerbaijani delegation led by Minister of Culture Adil Karimli is visiting Croatia to participate in the 4th session of the Joint Commission for the Promotion of Economic Cooperation between the Government of Croatia and the Government of Azerbaijan.
As part of the visit, the Azerbaijani minister met with Croatian Minister of Economic Affairs Ante Šušnjar in Zagreb.
Ante Šušnjar hailed the current level of cooperation between Azerbaijan and Croatia, highlighting the multifaceted nature and dynamic development of bilateral relations in recent years.
Adil Karimli said the countries’ relations are based on friendship, mutual respect, and a shared interest in expanding cooperation. He noted that regular high-level contacts provide a strong political foundation for further strengthening bilateral ties.
The Azerbaijani minister noted that efforts to implement the tasks agreed upon in various areas at the 3rd session of the Joint Commission, held in Baku in 2024, are ongoing.
The sides highlighted the broad potential for further developing Azerbaijan-Croatia cooperation across various fields.
