Azer Garashov, an employee of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), attended the 27th Meeting of the COMCEC Trade Working Group (TWG) held in Ankara.

During the event, Azer Garashov delivered a report on the role of financial instruments in boosting Azerbaijani exports. He highlighted measures implemented in the areas of factoring and Islamic banking, as well as key aspects related to the role of financial instruments in increasing exports.

Representatives of the participating countries shared their experiences with financial instruments used to promote export development.

The discussions focused on the financial instruments necessary to promote and expand exports, mechanisms for their implementation, strengthening financial support for exporters, as well as the key challenges encountered in applying these instruments and ways to overcome them.
