Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan expand cooperation in education

Gadir Khalilov, Head of the State Program Management Group of the Ministry of Science and Education, met with the leadership of the "Bolashak" scholarship program at the Center for International Programs of Kazakhstan in Astana.
The meeting focused on the management of state programs for study abroad, the academic monitoring of students and graduates, as well as the application of advanced practices in this field.
The event was attended by Ali Sultanli, Head of the Strategic Projects Department at the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ), which provides financial support for the State Program, along with other representatives of the Fund. During the meeting, the sides exchanged experience on financing and management mechanisms.
The meeting concluded with an agreement between Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan to expand cooperation in human capital development and the implementation of international education programs.
