392 DETAINED FOR DRUGS OFFENCES IN JANUARY-FEBRUARY
The State Drug Control Commission of the Azerbaijan Republic said it had seized in January-February 14kg. of drugs and psychotropic substances, including 1kg 307gm. of heroin, over 400gm. of opium, 69 gm. of hashish, 12kg. of marijuana and 253gm. of acetic anhydride. The Commission had detained 392 men for drugs offences, including ten Georgians, three Iranians, one Afghan and one Russian resident.
