Ambassador hails strategic partnership between Azerbaijan and Belarus

Relations between Azerbaijan and Belarus are of a strategic partnership nature. Thanks to the contributions of Presidents Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan and Alexander Lukashenko of Belarus, two countries enjoy a high-level political dialogue, mutual respect and a constructive approach, Ambassador of Belarus to Azerbaijan Dmitry Pinevich told AZERTAC.
Emphasizing the development of economic relations between Belarus and Azerbaijan, the ambassador underlined that cooperation covers all areas.
"Crucial progress is being made in the fields of mechanical engineering, construction and agriculture. Azerbaijan is a powerful agricultural country. In this regard, we can almost note that we complement each other. We also have mutual relations in the field of transport. Both countries are transit countries," the ambassador emphasized.
Touching upon diplomatic relations between the two countries, the ambassador praised the mutual support between Belarus and Azerbaijan within international platforms.
