“On behalf of the Government of Mexico and the City of Mexico, I would like to sincerely congratulate Azerbaijan on the excellent organization of the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13).
We express our deep gratitude for your support, hospitality, and the conditions you have created to make our session a success. We once again witnessed the hospitality of the Azerbaijani people. In particular, the young volunteers showed us great support, gave us direction, and helped us exchange ideas. I express my special gratitude to them,” said Maria Victoria Romero Caballero, Ambassador of Mexico to Azerbaijan, at the official closing press conference of the 13th Session of the UN World Urban Forum (WUF13).
