ARMENIAN OPPOSITION IS PLANNING RALLY ON SEPTEMBER 17
Baku, September 1 (AZERTAC). The Armenian National Congress (HAK) has notified the Yerevan Municipality of its rally to be held at Liberty Square on September 17. By law, the City Hall is to give an answer within 72 hours (three days).
According to Tert.am quoting to HAK`s information center, there was no announcement about any other events to be organized by state or non-governmental organizations on the announcement board at the City Hall when HAK representatives were submitting the notification.
This means that the City Hall has no grounds to forbid the event, HAK said.
