ASAN volunteers hold panel discussion as part of WUF13

The “ASAN Volunteers” Organization hosted a side event titled “ASAN Model in Urbanization: The Role of Public Services and Volunteerism” within the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13).
Speakers shared their perspectives on the role of innovative public services in urbanization, the application of digital solutions, the involvement of youth in volunteer activities, and the formation of an inclusive urban environment.
The panel session featured extensive discussions on increasing accessibility to public services during urbanization periods, the role of volunteerism in the development of society, inclusive city approaches, the social impact of the "ASAN Khidmet" model, and the "ASAN Appeal" information system that supports infrastructure-oriented policies within the "ASAN Khidmet" ecosystem.
Subsequently, an interactive session dedicated to the topic "Baku Architecture and Urban Planning in Azerbaijan" was organized for participants. As part of the interactive session, questions were answered regarding the architectural heritage of the capital, urban planning traditions, contemporary urbanization processes, and projects implemented in the field of urban planning in Azerbaijan. Various gifts were presented to active participants.
