Member of Milli Majlis (Azerbaijan Parliament) Elman Mammadov will leave for Belarus to monitor the presidential elections, set for March 19.

Elman Mammadov is a member of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) Interparliamentary Assembly’s Monitoring Group.
