Azerbaijan’s Agrarian Insurance Fund, Turkish TARSIM discuss prospects for cooperation

The Agrarian Insurance Fund (AIF) of Azerbaijan is set to further expand its relations with Turkish Agriculture Insurance System (TARSIM).
During the visit of Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Agrarian Insurance Fund Firdovsi Agashirinov to Türkiye, the sides discussed issues of further expanding relations between the agrarian insurance organizations of the two brotherly countries.
The Deputy Chairman also met with member of the TARSIM Supervisory Board and Director General of the organization Bekir Engürülü to discuss the outcomes of the TARSIM management's visit to Baku in early October, as well as the expansion of relations between TARSIM and ASF.
The sides also exchanged views on the possibilities of applying the experience of Türkiye and Azerbaijan in other countries on agrarian insurance and disaster risk management, which has become relevant in recent years.
