CASPIAN LEGAL STATUS TALKS ENDED IN MOSCOW
On results of session it was accepted the Communiquй. In the document, it is marked, that during negotiations detailed discussion of positions of the project of the Convention on the legal status of the Caspian took place and on some of them mutually acceptable formulations have been accepted. It is marked, that the heads of delegations have positively estimated results of the Moscow session of Special Working Group and its contribution to the Caspian settlement, is expressed the intention to continue work with a view of achievement of final arrangements.
The parties have agreed to hold following session of Special Working Group in Ashgabad time of which will be coordinated on diplomatic channels.
On results of negotiations, took place a press conference of representatives of five Caspian coastal states on which it has been declared, that results of negotiating process are estimated positively, and they will be continued for finding of things in common on non-agreed questions.
