Chairman of Nakhchivan Supreme Assembly meets rector of Kars Caucasus University

Chairman of the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic Vasif Talibov has met rector of Kars Caucasus University, professor Sami Ozcan.
Mr. Talibov hailed Kars Caucasus University`s contribution to the development of science and education in the region.
He praised scientific cooperation between Nakhchivan State University and Kars Caucasus University, and underlined the importance of boosting the bilateral ties even further.
Mr. Talibov thanked Sami Ozcan for his contributions to the development of relations between the universities.
Mr. Ozcan said he attached great importance to expanding relations between Kars Caucasus University and higher schools of Nakhchivan.
