CHAIRMAN OF NAKHCHIVAN`S SUPREME ASSEMBLY MEETS BRAZIL AMBASSADOR TO AZERBAIJAN
Nakhchivan, August 25 (AZERTAC). Chairman of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic`s Supreme Assembly Vasif Talibov has met Brazil ambassador to Azerbaijan Paulo Antonio Pereira Pinto.
Talibov said the opening of Brazil`s embassy in Azerbaijan demonstrates that the two countries have good relations. He also briefed the diplomat on the Autonomous Republic.
The Ambassador, in turn, said Azerbaijan and Brazil have great potential to develop bilateral relations in various spheres.
He vowed to spare no efforts, during his tenure, to contribute to boosting the bilateral ties.
As part of the two-day visit, the Ambassador will become familiar with ancient historical monuments, Heydar Aliyev Museum, Nakhchivan State History Museum and Nakhchivan State Carpet Museum.
He will also have several meetings.
