ICRC PRESIDENT TO VISIT AZERBAIJAN

President of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) Jakob Kellenberger will arrive in Azerbaijan on April 2 as part of his South Caucasus trip. According to the President of Azerbaijan Red Crescent Society, MP Novruzali Aslanov, the aim of the visit is to familiarize with the current situation in the region, and discuss issues related to the missing persons, hostages and captives.

Jakob Kellenberger is also expected to hold talks with Azerbaijani officials and visit IDPs in Sabirabad region.
