“The human settlements crisis in today’s world concerns not just buildings, but also human security and access to opportunities. This issue, directly related to climate, also includes sustainable development in the future. That is why the World Urban Forum is extremely important,” said Anar Guliyev, Chairman of the State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture and WUF13 National Coordinator, during the Joint Opening of the Assemblies held within the framework of the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13).
