Official of German Marshall Fund visits Azerbaijan University of Languages

Baku, March 1 (AZERTAC). Transatlantic fellow at the German Marshall Fund Joshua Walker has visited the Azerbaijan University of Languages (AUL), where he met rector of the facility, MP, Professor Samad Seyidov.

Seyidov spoke of the activity and international relations of the university.

Stressing the good education in the university, the Azerbaijani rector also briefed the visitor on the departments of international relations, regional studies and translation.

Touching on the participation of US students in the Summer School organized every year at the university, Samad Seyidov noted that AUL`s teachers give lessons on the Azerbaijan Studies at tje Indiana University, US.

In his turn, Joshua Walker provided information on the development strategy of the German Marshall Fund. He also stressed the importance of cooperation prospects.
