Polish official highlights importance of multilateral partnerships at WUF13

Baku, May 18, AZERTAC

“The intergovernmental negotiations to be held in New York will take into account the ideas and proposals made at the 13th Session of the UN World Urban Forum (WUF13),” said Krzysztof Szczerski, Polish Permanent Representative to the UN, during the Joint Closing of the Assemblies held as part of WUF13.

He noted that partnerships were important for sustainable urban development, and multilateral cooperation was essential to localizing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
