Production at Shahdeniz gas field to be restored today
Baku, February 7 (AzerTac). The production at Shah Deniz gas field will be resumed today evening, BP Azerbaijan spokeswoman Tamam Bayatly has said.
According to her, the gas field was completely shut last night for planned repair works on the platform’s electricity supply system.
Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Taner Yildiz said a temporary halt in supplies of Azerbaijani gas to Turkey hadn't yet created serious problems in the country.
