Purchase house through “Affordable Housing” system of SHCA with SİMA İmza

State Housing Construction Agency (SHCA) has become the new partner of SİMA İmza. In order to ensure the convenience of citizens who want to purchase housing at a discount, on the “Electronic Government” portal (www.e-gov.az), you can log into the “Affordable Housing” system with the new generation digital signature SİMA İmza.
Citizens who wish to acquire apartments currently in the possession of the State Housing Construction Agency (SHCA) at a discount can register on the 'Affordable Housing' system using SİMA İmza. Upon confirmation of the right to purchase a flat, they can access their personal electronic cabinets and sign apartment selection requests on the sales day.
Furthermore, individuals wishing to obtain apartments through loans can sign the loan agreement with the approved agent banks in advance using SİMA İmza through the e-gov.az portal.
According to information provided by the State Housing Construction Agency, a total of 432 apartments located in Baku, Ganja, and Sumgayit will be sold on December 16, 2023, at 11:00.
