REAL ESTATE REGISTRATION PROJECT ON THE MOVE
Following credit agreement, signed between Azerbaijan Government and International Bank of Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), a Real Estate Registration Project is underway in Azerbaijan. The project provides support for real estate market to ensure a reliable, transparent and efficient real estate registration system and comprises four component parts, according to State Service for Registration of Real Estate.
The first and major part implies real estate registration. Some 61% of total costs of the project are to be assigned for implementation of the first component. Other components provide for up to date, transparent, unified real estate cadastral and registration system to meet international standards.
Real Estate Registration Project will be completed in 2013.
