Currently, 'New Uzbekistan' residential areas are being constructed in various regions of our country, and their number has already reached six."
The Uzbek representative added that WUF13 is an important international platform for discussing urbanization policy and urban planning methodology.
"WUF13 holds great significance for exchanging experiences regarding housing provision, urbanization policy, and city development methodology. The primary goal here is to improve people's living conditions," Aziz Arkabayev pointed out.
He emphasized that cooperation between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan in the fields of urban planning and construction is developing successfully, stating: "A large number of Azerbaijani companies are constructing residential buildings, hotels, and major residential complexes in Uzbekistan. Our relations with brotherly Azerbaijan are at a very high level, and Azerbaijani contractors are actively participating in the projects implemented in our country."
