AZERBAIJAN, OMAN TO ABOLISH DOUBLE TAXATION

Convention between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Sultanate of Oman for the avoidance of double taxation and prevention of tax evasion on income and property was held in Baku, the Ministry of Taxes of Azerbaijan said.

Azerbaijan has comprehensive double taxation agreement in force with 18 countries.

New agreement with UAE, Kyrgyzia, Iran, Greece, India and Saudi Arabia are being negotiated.
