AZERI PIANIST NAMED SUCCESSFUL WOMAN OF THE YEAR BY EAWC
Baku, July 21 (AZERTAC). Azerbaijani pianist Yegana Akhundova has been named The Successful Woman of the Year by the Euro-American Women`s Council, EAWC.
Akhundova, pro-rector of the Baku Music Academy, was honored for her achievements in music and social life.
At an award-giving ceremony in Athens, the pianist was handed over a statute of Artemis and a package tour to Greece including Milos Island and Mount Olympus.
The ceremony featured the screening of a music clip based on Akhundova`s composition Mea memoria.
