Baku and Barcelona ports sign Memorandum of Understanding

The training centers of Azerbaijan’s Baku International Sea Trade Port and Spain’s Port of Barcelona have signed a Memorandum of Understanding.
The document was inked by Head of the Baku Port Training Center Orkhan Adigozalov and Director of Escola Europea - Intermodal Transport Eduard Rodés.
The memorandum is aimed at implementing an institutional development strategy to turn the Baku Port Training Center into a regional training and logistics center.
