Bulgarians to be able to send money across Europe, as Bulgaria joins European Payments Alliance

Bulgaria officially joined the European Payments Alliance (EuroPA), BORICA AD, the company that provides and operates the technology infrastructure of Bulgaria's payment industry, the Bulgarian News Agency (BTA) reported.
As a result, the national blinkP2P service, which allows users to send and receive money using a mobile phone number, will gradually expand its coverage and enable instant transfers between users in Bulgaria, Spain, Portugal, Greece, Italy, and all other countries participating in the initiative.
EuroPA is a European initiative that connects national instant payment systems into a single network. The alliance brings together leading payment solutions, so that users residing in different countries across Europe can easily send money via mobile number.
