DAGESTAN PRESIDENT TOURS HISTORIC CORE OF BAKU

Baku, May 24 (AZERTAC). President of the Russian Federation`s Republic of Dagestan Magomedsalam Magomedov has today toured the Icharishahar, Inner City, historic core of Azerbaijan`s capital.

Magomedov was informed about the ongoing reconstruction work here.

The Dagestani President visited the 15th-century Palace of Shirvanshahs and the 12th-century Maiden Tower, which are considered the country`s landmark monuments.

Magomedov also visited Karvansaray where he was informed about its history.

The Dagestan President signed an Honorary Guests Book here.
