Erasmus Mundus External Co-operation Window Program presented in Azerbaijan
Baku, January 30 (AZERTAC). Erasmus Mundus External Co-operation Window Program (EM ECW) has been today presented in Azerbaijan University of Languages.
Director of the University`s Information Resource Complex Shahla Khudiyeva briefed the attendees on the Program, stressing its importance. The Program participants will have a chance to study free of charge and get experience in Europe`s universities and the project will last 48 months.
Azerbaijan University of Languages is a partner of ALRAKIS consortium in the framework of EM ECW. The project features short-term and long-term exchange of students, people working for doctor`s degree and employees. The Academic Exchange will start in August this year.
The EM ECW is a co-operation and mobility scheme in the area of higher education co-operation launched by EuropeAid Cooperation Office and implemented by the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency.
The Erasmus Mundus External Co-operation Window (EM ECW) objective is to achieve better understanding and mutual enrichment between the European Union and third countries co-operation in the field of higher education through promoting the exchange of persons, knowledge and skills at higher education level.
