Estonian representative: Environmentally sustainable construction is an investment in the future
Baku, May 21, AZERTAC
“Sustainable construction should be a top priority for urban policy,” Estonian representative Kersti Tomingas, who is participating in WUF13, told AZERTAC.
Noting that the use of energy-efficient materials not only reduces waste but also minimizes utility costs, the Estonian representative added: “European countries are increasingly implementing circular economy principles in the construction sector. The discussions at WUF13 provide an important platform for the joint search for practical solutions.”
