GLOBAL OIL AND GAS DEMAND TO GROW
Participating in the Baku international symposium on energy efficiency and sustainable development Barry Worthington, executive director of the United States Energy Association said the global energy demand would increase within 25-30 years. USA and Africa will switch to liquid gas consumption while Europe and Asia will use more coal.
Energy demand will reach 66 per cent in the developing countries. Oil production across the world will stand at 121 million barrels in 2023. The developed nations will spend $100 billion to meet their need in oil and gas.
