HEAD OF AJARIA AUTONOMOUS REPUBLIC ASLAN ABASHIDZE ATTENDED HEYDAR ALIYEV’S FAREWELL CEREMONY
Chairman of the Supreme Soviet of Ajaria Autonomous Republic Aslan Abashidze arrived in Baku, on December 15 to participate in the farewell ceremony of the national leader of Azerbaijan people, President Heydar Aliyev.
At Bina airport, the Chairman was welcomed by the Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan, Chairman of the State Refugees Committee Ali Hasanov.
“I had a chance to hold meetings with Heydar Aliyev. I have always taken proud in this great person. I was deeply grieved on his decease. He will forever keep in our minds as great political figure and wise President”, Aslan Abashidze told AzerTAj correspondent.
