Internet TV to be created at Baku State University`s journalism faculty

Baku, January 15 (AZERTAC). The project “Improving teaching of new media” supported by the US-Azerbaijani Media Development Fund was discussed at a meeting held between the rector of Baku State University (BSU), Abel Maharramov and president of the Internet Forum of Azerbaijan, director of the Multimedia Center, Osman Gunduz.

The project envisages the creation of Internet TV studio at the journalism faculty of BSU. The Internet TV will enable future journalists to acquire practical skills.

Supporting the implementation of the project at BSU, Maharramov said that the university is also ready to provide financial assistance to create the studio meeting modern standards and enhance material and technical basis.
