Baku, December 31 (AZERTAC). Iyad Madani, the former Saudi minister of Culture and Information, succeeded Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu as the new Secretary General of Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), the 57-member grouping of the Muslim countries.
