Junior Azerbaijani karate fighters claim three medals in Budapest

Baku, September 23, AZERTAC

Junior Azerbaijani karate fighters grabbed three medals at Budapest Open International Karate Championships in Hungary.

Female fighters Shalala Rustamova clinched a gold medal, while Ramila Heydarova won a silver in kata event.

Meanwhile, Raul Safaraliyev secured a silver medal in the 70 kg weight category.

The tournament brought together 2191 participants from 42 countries.
