Light your fire! Jedward dreams to perform Ireland in Baku
Baku, February 13 (AZERTAC). The titles of the five songs in contention to represent Ireland in the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest have been announced today. Tomorrow, February 9th, they will be premiered on the Radio 1's Mooney Show.
The five Irish acts that will be competing for representing their country at the Eurovision Song Contest this year, have been announced. The lucky finalists will perform their songs at the Irish national final to be held on February 24th during `The Late Show` on RTE One. The winner will be decided by a combination of jury voting and televoting and will get to perform on the stage of the Baku Crystal Hall in front of an audience of 16,000.
Finalists are Maria McCool, Donna McCaul, Una Gibney and David Shannon, Andrew Mann and Jedward.
The five songs competing in this year`s Irish national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest will be premiered on February 9th during the Mooney radio show on RTE Radio 1.
