MEMORY REVERING CEREMONY TOOK PLACE AT STATE FRONTIER SERVICE
Chief of the State Frontier Service lieutenant general Elchin Guliyev noted that his death had shocked Azerbaijan people including frontier guards. Referring to the lifetime of President Heydar Aliyev he said that the main point of his life had always been the love for his Homeland, people. The general said that the nationwide leader imbibed the idea of life the deeper he was devoted to leading his people to the happy future.
As was noted, President Heydar Aliyev has great services in forming the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan including frontier troops and establishing the military lyceum after Jamshid Nakhchivanski, which is the very evidence of his foresight. Azerbaijan has secured its inviolability and safety of its borders thanks to Heydar Aliyev.
Having noted that frontier troops have always been devoted to the Supreme Commander-in-Chief Heydar Aliyev, Elchin Guliyev stressed that along with the responsibility for protecting the borders the personnel worthily copes with undertaken tasks. He stated that President Heydar Aliyev’s ideas, firm belief in happy future of Azerbaijan will always live and remembrance of this eminent personality would never be erased from the memory.
On behalf of Azerbaijani frontier guards, chief of the State Frontier Service Lieutenant General Elchin Guliyev expressed deep condolences to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, family members and all the people of Azerbaijan on the death of the nationwide leader, outstanding son of Azerbaijani nation, its genius leader.
