Peter Semneby appointed German Marshall Fund`s Senior Fellow on South Caucasus
Baku, January 19 (AZERTAC). A former EU special representative for the South Caucasus Peter Semneby was appointed to the new post.
Mr. Semneby will join the German Marshall Fund as Senior Fellow on South Caucasus in January 2012. He will be related to the issues of the South Caucasus, the Black Sea region and Russia.
Mr. Semneby served as EU special representative for the South Caucasus from 2006-2011, concentrating on the protracted conflicts, political reform, human rights issues and crisis management.
