PRESIDENT ILHAM ALIYEV VISITS SHEKI- ZAGATALA REGION
The Head of State was informed that construction of the 235-bed hospital will be funded by the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan, and finish in two years. It will contain out-patients' clinic, therapeutic, neurological, surgical, gynecological, pediatric and emergency units. The main building will be of 4 storied. Out of $13 mln allocated, $10 mln will be spent on construction, while $3 mln to purchase equipment. The hospital will be provided with uninterrupted power source and heating system. Construction activities will be carried out by the company “Rabite-Inshaat”, and employ 300 specialists, most of whom locals.
President Ilham Aliyev laid a foundation stone by covering a time capsule with liquid concrete.
The President made a speech at a meeting with local public taken place here after the ceremony.
