Permit me to extend to You and the people of Azerbaijan my deep condolence on demise of the grave loss – leader of Your country, prominent statesman and political figure of the present Heydar Alirza oglu Aliyev.
It is difficult to give a due assessment to the role Heydar Alirza olgu played in the political life of the Commonwealth of Independent states. As a farseeing politician, he could find constructive decisions in the most complicated situations. Not only Azerbaijan, but also all the CIS member states have lost an authoritative statesman.
Death of Heydar Alirza oglu shocked the residents of Tataristan. I share the pain of this loss with the people of Azerbaijan and wish peace and progress to the Republic of Azerbaijan. This will be the best monument to this great man who devoted his life to happiness and welfare of his nation.
