We were deeply saddened upon hearing the news on demise of the prominent statesman and political figure, esteemed Heydar Alrza olgu Aliyev in Daghestan. To this end, I extend my sincere and deepest condolence to You and the entire people of Azerbaijan. We have lost such a man whose diverse activity aimed at improvement of the welfare of his country and people, thanks to him, peace and solidarity was established in Azerbaijan, the statehood was strengthened and developed, significant reforms were conducted in the economic field.
The residents of Daghestan knew well Heydar Alirza olgu and will always remember his good attitude towards Daghestan, for, due to him, we could preserve the friendly and kind neighboring relations between our peoples. His name will remain in our memories forever. I share Your sorrow of this loss, and request to extend my sympathy to Your natives and relatives.
