Your Excellency, highly esteemed Mr. President,
I extend my deep condolence to You and the people of Azerbaijan on demise of the President, His Excellency, Mr. Heydar Aliyev.
In the person of Heydar Aliyev, the Republic of Azerbaijan has lost an authoritative statesman who knew the life of the country well and held an eternal place in the history of Azerbaijan. His name will be always connected with the historical achievements in re-establishment of the Country’s independence.
