We are deeply saddened on the passing of Your father – permanent leader of the Republic of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev.
For many years Heydra Aliyev played exceptional role in the establishment and development of Azerbaijan Republic. He was not only a wise politician, but also a thinking man. He was estimated as interesting interlocutor and kindhearted man.
Heydar Aliyev was splendid orator. His bright appearances and lectures, including before the students and tutors of the Moscow State University of International Relations, Honorary Doctor of which he is, always evoked live interest.
Memory on Heydar Aliyev will remain not only in Azerbaijan, but also in the entire territory of the former soviet republics, in those who know him.
It will be difficult to forget Heydar Aliyev for those, who met him and wished to make friends with him.
Accept, please, my deep and sincere condolence to the natives and close of the late.
