I was deeply grieved upon hearing the news on death of the invaluable statesman and Your esteemed father Heydar Aliyev.
Wise leadership of the late Heydar Aliyev, who greatly contributed to make Azerbaijan a country of welfare and stability, is highly assessed by the Turkic world and the entire world community.
Heydar Aliyev, as genius statesman of Azerbaijan, has made great contributions to development of the relations between our countries with common history and culture, and thus strengthening of our friendship and fraternity.
I pray to Allah to rest his soul, and extend my deep condolence to You, the natives and the people of Azerbaijan.
